What if I need to update or change my application?
ALL PLATE REQUESTS ARE ORDERED AND COMPLETED BY THE VIRGINIA DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES

After the new plates are implemented and available to the public, the applicant may contact DMV at 804-497-7100 for any questions and/or concerns. In addition, when contacting DMV, please let our representative know that the call is concerning a preorder application for the Richmond Planet license plate. If the representative is unable to help, suggest they contact Special Registration.
